When IHI launched its first independent project in Bangladesh, we were there from the very first sketch to the final spotlight. From shaping the strategic narrative to executing a high-stakes event at Lakeshore Hotel, we transformed complex healthcare innovation into a compelling launch moment.

The project Designing Maternal & Newborn Spaces for Quality of Care focused on how design and infrastructure can improve maternal and newborn health services in underserved communities. Backed by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the initiative brought together leading partners like Shimantik, MASS Design, and icddr,b.

The launch drew major policymakers, healthcare leaders, and global stakeholders. The impact? A meaningful, memorable experience that set the tone for one of Bangladesh’s most innovative maternal health initiatives.
